PUMPKINS!!
Just wanted to post a few pictures of our pumpkins. I cannot carve for anything, so thankfully Rob is gifted in that area. The boys are so silly. I try to get them to pull the seeds out of the pumpkins, b/c I think that gooey stuff feels so cool. But they think it feels gross and won't do it! Cracks me up! Anyway, we are certainly looking forward to this weekend. We have a whole weekend of Halloween fun! Friday there is a Fall Festival at my mom's school, Saturday we have a party at Tasha's mom's house, and then a Restless Heart Concert! Then Sunday they have a Fall Festival to go to as well!! I may be crazy but I am probably putting my Christmas tree up next week. It is my favorite time of the year, and I love to decorate for it now that I have kids. Plus it's such a short season that I wanna soak it all up!

This Week
This week brought on cold weather! And family pictures! We went to Jessica Meinardus' farm on Tuesday evening for family pictures. It was quite chilly and difficult b/c the kids were cold, Caden was sneezing and having bad allergies, and then Cash got a splinter! Yikes! But I think we did get some great shots, even with all of the elements.
I know they are mine, but boy these 3 sure are adorable! I'm loving these 3 pictures, and cannot wait to see the whole shoot! I think she will have it ready in a week or 2! Yay!!
Wednesday was Caden's first field trip. We went to Clarksville to the pumpkin patch. It was so cold, but I think the kids had a lot of fun. He rode home with me, and we spent the afternoon together, just me and him. We don't get to do that too much now with him in school, so it was great!!

Yesterday, Camryn and I spent the day together. Cash was at pre-K, so she and I had the day by ourselves. We bought a few Halloween decorations and finished putting up stuff around the house to celebrate! We picked the boys up from their schools and came back home. Last night we did a lot of tickle fighting! They love tickle fights! We had lasagna for dinner and just stayed inside b/c it was cold!! I'm ok with this weather, but would rather have 80s everyday! We snuggled up in my bed, watched Backyardigans and then went to bed. Tonight we are going to carve our pumpkins into some awesome Jack O Lanterns, and then eat pumpkin cookies! Woohoo!! Have a great weekend!!

SAN DIEGO!!!
Thank goodness for San Diego!! We got to go out there last weekend and spend the weekend with Jess and Chip and had a blast!! We left Thursday and got in around 10 that night. Jess has a pretty intense job where she has to get up at 4 a.m. everyday!! What? Yea that's right...it's crazy. So I was very surprised to see her at the airport that late, but she was there! Grouchy from being so tired, but still, she was there :)
So we went straight to sleep when we arrived at their house. Friday morning Rob and I decided we would take Camryn and go to the 'famous' San Diego zoo. It was a lot of fun. I tell you what, the weather out there is just amazing. Sunny and high 70s every single day! Never gets hot, which drives Jess crazy, but it is perfect to me! So after the zoo we cruised over to In & Out and had burgers and fries. That place is delicious! Then Jess got home from work, so we all hung out for a while and then got ready for dinner at Miguel's. Before dinner, we drove over to Coronado Island to hang out at the Hotel del Coronado for an hour or so! Absolute perfection there!! (Again, I have pictures of this, but I think they are on Rob's phone). Left there and headed for Miguel's. It's a Mexican restaurant with a Mexican pizza that we just LOVE!! It was a lot of fun. Had some Cold Stone Ice Cream to finish it off :)
Saturday, Rob headed up toward LA to go to a horse sale. Unfortunately he ran off in the rental car with the carseat. So that pretty much sucked! Jess and I had a big day of shopping planned so that put a damper on it. But we figured it out and managed to get to the mall. Got there and went into a candy store to get Camryn some gummy bears for the stroller ride...I went to pay for them and realized Rob also had my debit card!! Are you kidding me?? I was fuming!! And I kinda let him know that....oops!! It was my fault b/c I had given it to him for something, and I forgot to get it back. So Jess and I drove all over trying to find a bank that was open so she could cash a check for me. We finally found one, and by that time we were starving!! So we had lunch at the food court and then got to get our shopping started!
Thankfully we don't live in the same city or state, b/c I think we both kinda blew our budgets that afternoon!! But hey, we got some really cute stuff!! That night we went to a really cool restaurant for dinner...J Fat or something silly like that. It was right on the Marina and outside dining. So great!!
Sunday we decided it was time for the beach!! We had a blast at Coronado. The water is WAY TO COLD to get in, but Camryn loved it. She had such a great time getting her feet wet. We spent a lot of our day over there. Sunday night meant Miguel's again! Seriously, it's just so good! I'm gonna post more Cali pics, but they are on everyone's phones so I gotta get them sent to me first. We had to get up at 4:30 Monday morning to catch our flight. But Jess was up anyway getting ready for work, so it was nice to get to see her before we left. And Chip is such a trooper...he walks Jess to her car every morning before she goes to work!! So sweet and chivalrous, right?
So for now, these are all of the pictures I have, but I will have everyone send me theirs, and will post them soon.
It was nice to get home and spend time with the boys. Oh I missed them so so so much! We are hoping to all get to go back to Cali in the spring! The boys love it out there. Mom, dad, Grams and Jered are going out next weekend, but surprisingly they didn't offer to take the boys?? I don't get it :)

Fun Fall Times
This weather has been so wonderful! We have been playing outside nonstop! Every day we are spending hours upon hours outside in the backyard playing. It is so great having a large yard for the kids to play in. When we pick Caden up from school he and Cash are so ready to go by the time they get home. I think they really miss each other when they are apart, so our evenings are wild as can be! I'm starting to realize that I'm not taking nearly enough pictures of our fun times. And then I get to bloggin and think...hmm, what did we do last week? So I'm kinda mad at myself right now. Our camera has been acting kinda funny so all of the pics we've taken have been with our phones. And they take pretty good pictures, but I don't take nearly enough with it. So, I'm going to start doing a much better job of taking pictures! We actually have family pics scheduled on the 18th, so I cannot wait for that!! I love family pictures! I'm still thinking and deciding what color scheme I want us to wear for them. I'm gonna look at some photography blogs and see what looks good to help me decide. So anyway, I only have like 2 pictures here and a hilarious video of Cash and Camryn dancing.
