Big Week!

What a fun, exciting week we have had! Caden became a first grader this week, and Cash became a kindergartener. I absolutely LOVE Alma school district. It makes me feel so good when the boys come home and talk about how great their day was, how many friends they played with, how much they like their teacher, their class, the lunches, recess, and everything else involved with being in elementary school. It makes my life so much easier, because I know this is the best place for them to get an education and have numerous opportunities!

Caden has Mrs. Warnock for first grade, and I think he is going to have a great year! Cash has Mrs. Arnold for K, who Caden had, and I could not be happier about it!!

Monday Caden started 1st grade. He was such a big boy at drop off. He was a little bit nervous and quiet, but he had a great first day.

Tuesday was Cash's first day of K. If he was any more excited, I swear I would think he was going to Disney World. He had a great week! He has told me everything he's done every day. He is absolutely loving it so far.

It has been a somewhat difficult week for me, considering 2 of my 3 are in school now. But I know they are in a great school system and having fun and learning. 

 

We had a big week of celebrating, too!  Monday night we had 1st grade celebration dinner at Market Place and Tuesday we had K celebration dinner at Calico County.  What a fantastic week!!

Branson!!

What a fun weekend!! We went up to Branson last Friday with mom and dad and had a great time!! We watched Dixie Stampede Friday night. It was so much fun!!






The kids had a blast!

Saturday we spent most of the day at White Water. It was so much fun! Caden rode every slide! Cash rode all but 2, and even Camryn was able to ride some stuff! They also had a wonderful kid play area that was perfect!

Farm Fun!

Monday night we had such a fun time over at our friend Debbie's farm. She has a huge farm with all kinds of fun stuff. We went there to load up hay for our horses and played for nearly 2 hours.




Me and the Kiddos rode around in the trailer while Rob threw hay on it.

Then we rode on her Polaris for a while. Can you tell we had fun?

It's about time...

I've decided to take some time to post a blog today.  We have had so much going on so I figured it's time to update the blog.  We are very much enjoying our summer and happy to have this weekend at home.  We have been quite busy! 

A couple weekends ago the tennis team I play on won state!  It was so exciting!!  Now we go onto sectionals in Alabama in August.  It wil be so much fun and brutally hot!  Go team!!

Then the following Wednesday Rob and I headed out to the Dominican Republic for a very relaxing vacation. Jess, Chip, Jered, Tasha and Luke and Emily were all there already. 

It was a fabulous vacation!  We all had a great time! 

It's almost summer!

We are having so much fun right now! As of tomorrow I have one boy heading into first grade and another heading for kindergarten! I cannot believe it. Cash graduated pre-k Friday night! They had a hippie theme and it was adorable!



We decided to celebrate the end of the school year and take a little trip!
We snuck off to Miami/Ft Lauderdale for the last few days! It was absolutely wonderful! I love vacation and the kids had so much fun!





We spent a lot of time on the beach playing. The boys rode a jet ski with Rob, and we saw a Marlins baseball game!











I think this was the best vacation of my life! We had the best time and the kids did, too. Life is pretty fabulous and I am absolutely blessed by the grace of God!

Weekend

Good Sunday morning! I'm headed to Little Rock bright and early for 2 tennis matches. Unfortunately I am having to go by myself. Probably would have been quite a long, boring day for Rob and the kids. So, off I go. Rob is instead going to OKC to watch the horse races! Camryn was so excited before she fell asleep last night. She told me she and daddy were going to watch the horses race today. She's such a sweet angel :).

Yesterday morning we had t ball practice at 10. It was so hot!! I'm so proud of my boys! They are doing so well and learning and getting better all the time. Headed home, had lunch and took a short nap. Then we went to my parents house and went swimming! On May 5th!!! Craziness!!! The kids had such a great time.



Camryn had a fun time blowing bubbles! She loves bubbles.

Friday evening we played outside all night!






I have so many blessings and so much joy in my life! Hope everyone has had a fulfilling, wonderful weekend :)
