Playground fun!

Sunny San Diego!

Last weekend Rob and I made a quick weekend trip to California to surprise Jess! It was fabulous!! She did not have a clue we were coming. Unfortunately our plane in FS arrived to DFW about 45 minutes late which made us miss our flight to SD. I was so upset! We had it all worked out to show up at their dinner and surprise her!

Well, I decided to just call and tell her we were on our way. She was in shock! The agent rerouted us to Orange County, so Jess and Chip had to come get us anyway. It was still exciting, but I was bummed the surprise was kinda ruined!

Here we are still thinking the surprise is in tact.






Anyway, we got to their house around 1 a.m. What a long day! Saturday we shopped A LOT!














Then we headed to Hotel del Coronado to hang out by the beach! It was so relaxing!





















Saturday night we went to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Miguel's. Yummy!!
























Sunday morning Jess and I had some time by ourselves for the first time since I can't remember when! We took a long walk and ate a delicious breakfast!






We also talked a little wedding planning!

Sunday night we headed to the casino for dinner and a little gaming!

Weekend fun!

I'll actually start with Thursday night. Rob had a work thing, and the kids were begging to eat at Geno's. So we braved the rain and headed in for pizza. They had so much fun!



Friday night I had a work dinner that Rob and I attended.




So the kids stayed at Mulberry with my mom and dad.


They had a great time playing at the playground!





Saturday we all went to Movie Lounge to watch the Hogs game. Jered rented a screening room and had a huge crowd to come watch the awful game. We had fun though!





And of course, I had lunch with each of my boys this week :)






Today we headed over to the horse races with mom and dad. Then we went to Tulsa for dinner at Ted's. Yummy!!

Life is absolutely fabulous!!

Life is fabulous!

What a fun couple of days we've had! I just love going to school lunch with the boys! It's so special to get 20 minutes of 1 on 1 time with them. I try to go once a week to see each of them.

Friday evening we went over to Poteau to listen to Ricochet play at the outdoor amphitheater. It was so much fun!! The kids danced and had a blast. Weather was perfect, too!

Today we went over to Claremore to the horse races and took mom and dad with us. Then we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse...yummy!! So much fun!!

I'm so thankful to have such a wonderful husband and 3 perfect little angels to spend my life with!!

Bridal shower and wedding weekend

September 6th was an awesome day! Jess got here around 1:30 ready to have a full weekend of wedding activities. That night we had her bridal shower at Movie Lounge! It was absolutely fabulous. Lots of family and friends joined us in celebrating Jess and Chip and their upcoming wedding.

We had a wonderful time and so much appreciate everyone who came!

Wedding dress shopping was a huge success! Jess got it all picked out and done, and Jenn and I got our dresses figured out as well. It is going to be a great wedding and so much fun! We are all taking a trip to Big Sky, Montana for the wedding and to ski!

We are less than 3 months away from her becoming Mrs Mailander!!

Cash's first field trip!

Last week I joined Cash at the CC Fair for his first field trip. It was a lot of fun. The weather was perfect, sunny and warm. We started the morning off by learning about farmers and how they make hamburgers. Cash got chosen to be one of the helpers to put the burger together. He was so excited!



Then we toured the goats and sheep barn, learned about chickens, rabbits, roosters and of course the hogs! It was a great day!

Sunday Ride

She is a cowgirl! Rob got a new horse for everyone to ride. But Camryn most certainly thinks he is hers! She loves him!






She and daddy rode, too. Yesterday we all loaded up including mom and dad and headed to the horse races. We had a great time! It was a long day that ended with dinner at Rolando's with all of us and Jered and Tasha. Today we are heading back for the races again.
